Integral environment-friendly closed material shed
The invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly totally-closed treatment of bulk cargo storage yards (including coal, ore, lime and the like), in particular to an integral environment-friendly closed material shed. The closed material shed is of an overall multi-span arch structure composed of multiple spans of arch trusses, and the multi-span arch structure is supported in amode that transfer beam trusses are matched with supporting columns. The transfer beam trusses are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the structure, has high strength and rigidity, and meets the requirements of transverse (span direction) structure supporting, so larger inter-column spacing can be arranged between the supporting columns (i.e., the supporting structure can adopt a sparse-column structure). Enough working space can be provided for mechanical equipment such as a bucket wheel machine due to the large inter-column spacing. The problem of conventional structure arrangement limitation that a whole storage area needs to be sacrificed for serving as a shed column support area in an existing stock yard is solved, construction land is saved, then the construction cost is effectively reduced, meanwhile, equipment involved in other processes is reserved, adjustment is not needed, production is not affected, and the comprehensive benefits are remarkable.
本发明涉及散料堆场(包括煤、矿石、石灰等)环保全封闭治理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种整体环保封闭料棚。封闭料棚由多跨拱形桁架组成的整体连跨拱形结构,并且通过转换梁桁架和支柱相配合的结构对连跨拱形结构进行支撑。转换梁桁架沿结构纵向设置,本身具有强度大、刚度大,满足横向(跨度方向)结构支撑要求,故此,支柱可以采用较大的柱间间距(即支撑结构可以采用疏柱结构)。较大的柱间间距能够为斗轮机等机械设备提供足够的工作空间。解决了现有料场“需要以牺牲整条储料区作为棚体柱支座区域的常规结构布置局限”的问题,节约建设用地,继而有效降低建设成本,同时保留其他工艺设备不需要调整,不影响生产,综合效益显著。
