The invention discloses a security guard fence with monitoring performance. The fence comprises a connecting column, wherein a splicing mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the connecting column,a monitor body is arranged at the top end of the splicing mechanism, mounting mechanisms are arranged on both sides of the connecting column, a fence mechanism is arranged on one side of the connecting column, and the bottom end of the connecting column is fixedly connected with a base. A connecting block is inserted into a groove, when the inclined face of a clamping block makes contact with theconnecting column, the clamping block contracts inwards to tighten a spring, when the clamping block reaches the position of a sliding groove, the tightened spring enables the clamping block to moveoutwards through a limiting block and enables the clamping block to be connected with the inner wall of the sliding groove in a clamped mode, so that rapid mounting is completed, during disassembling,a push plate is pushed upwards, the push plate drives a first sliding block to move upwards, the top end of the first sliding block makes contact with the inclined face of the clamping block, therefore the clamping block contracts inwards, the clamping block is separated from the sliding groove, a connecting block can move, and rapid disassembling is completed.
