According to the assembly type indoor door and window mounting structure, connecting strips, fixing nuts, damping springs, cushion blocks, fixed blocks and connecting nuts are arranged in a matched mode, so that when a person uses the structure, and the person can fix the cushion blocks through the fixed blocks and the connecting nuts; then when gaps on the two sides of a door and window are excessive, the person can rotate the fixing nuts, the cushion blocks are driven to move towards two sides, and attachment of the cushion blocks to the two sides of a door and window is further improved; and damping and supporting effects are achieved through the damping springs, and therefore the practicability of the structure is improved.
