The invention discloses a high and steep rock slope ecological greening method for green mine construction. The high and steep rock slope ecological greening method comprises the following steps of 1,spraying mortar on a slope surface, specifically, humidifying the slope surface, and spraying the mortar; 2, installing a protective net, specifically, paving a protective net on a solidified mortarsurface, and fixing the protective net by using anchor bolts; and 3, installing a greening device. After the mortar is solidified, stones and faults on the slope surface can be stabilized, the situation that the the stones on the slope surface slide off due to rain wash is avoided, and climbing and growing of vine plants on the slope are facilitated; in addition, when a small part of a mortar layer on the slope surface is broken under the sun and rain conditions, a large number of mortar layers can be effectively prevented from sliding off from the slope surface; and the greening device is installed, parthenocissus tricuspidata and turf can be evenly planted on the high and steep rock slope, so that on the basis that green coverage on the mine slope is effectively enhanced, the situation that planted vegetations are separated from the slope surface due to rain wash is avoided.
