The invention provides a method for preparing a porous molybdenum silicide/silicon carbide composite material by using a waste molybdenum silicide coating, and relates to the technical field of rare metal recycling. According to the method, the porous MoSi2/SiC composite material is prepared from the recycled waste MoSi2 high-temperature coating, the recycled MoSi2 coating waste is heated and rapidly cooled to generate cracks between the coating and a matrix, and then high-pressure water impact is adopted to obtain fragments MoSi2. Molybdenum disilicide powder obtained by crushing and screening is mixed with silicon carbide powder, and the mixture is pressed and sintered to obtain the porous MoSi2/SiC composite material. According to the method, the waste coating material is recycled to obtain the porous material with high oxidation resistance and acid-base corrosion resistance at high temperature.
本发明提供了一种利用废旧硅化钼涂层制备多孔硅化钼/碳化硅复合材料的方法,涉及稀有金属回收再利用技术领域。本发明利用回收得到的废旧MoSi2高温涂层制备多孔MoSi2/SiC复合材料,先将回收的MoSi2涂层废料经过加热快速冷却使涂层和基体间产生裂纹,再采用高压水冲击得到碎片MoSi2。将粉碎分筛获得的二硅化钼粉末与碳化硅粉末混合、压制、烧结,获得多孔MoSi2/SiC复合材料。该方法将废旧的涂层材料再利用获得一种在高温下具有优异抗氧化性和抗酸碱腐蚀性能的多孔材料。
