The invention provides a halogen-free flame-retardant material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The halogen-free flame-retardant material comprises the following raw materialsin parts by weight: 10-25 parts of an elastomer; 5-20 parts of PE; 0.5-15 parts of polypropylene; 20-100 parts of sfiller; 0.3-1.0 part of an antioxidant; 0.3-1.0 part of a light stabilizer; and 2-5 parts of color masterbatch. The invention also provides a preparation method of the flame-retardant material. The floor prepared from the halogen-free flame-retardant material can resist cold of -35 DEG C and can be recycled by 100%.

The invention provides a halogen-free flame-retardant material as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
