The embodiment of the invention provides a ramp device for a rail vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit. The ramp device comprises at least two ramps, each ramp comprises a bearing frame and a bearing plate, and each bearing frame comprises a surrounding frame and a plurality of bearing beams arranged in the surrounding frame. The bearing plate is arranged on a bearing surface formed by the bearing beam and the enclosure frame, the ramps are arranged side by side, a hinge mechanism is arranged on the adjacent side between every two adjacent ramps, and a rotating axis is formed; each ramp is foldable or flattened about an axis of rotation. According to the ramp device for the rail vehicle, the ramp device can be folded, the occupied space of the ramp device can be reduced, accordingly, the storage space of the ramp device is reduced, and an operator can conveniently install the ramp device between a platform and the rail vehicle.
