The invention discloses a corrugated plate assembly structure based on prestressed flanges and a construction method of the corrugated plate assembly structure. The edges of flange plates are welded to the surface of the inner side of a corrugated plate, and a distance exists between the transverse welding position and the edges of the corrugated plates; a triangular support a is welded to the inner side of an upper-end flange plate, and a triangular support b is welded to the outer side of a lower-end flange plate. When the two corrugated plates are connected with each other, the corrugated plates at the edges are overlapped with each other to form lap joint; after the two corrugated plates are in lap joint, a distance exists between the two flange plates at the connecting joint, and thetwo flange plates are connected through prestressed bolts; water stop strips are arranged in the overlapping positions of the corrugated plates, the two corrugated plates extrude each other to compress the water stop strips, and the waterproof effect is achieved. According to the corrugated plate assembly structure, the defects that in a corrugated plate splicing structure, flange splicing is prone to opening and deforming, and lap joint construction is inconvenient are overcome, the flexural rigidity and the connecting sealing performance of the corrugated plate connecting joint are improved,and the corrugated plate splicing structure has better applicability in various engineering fields.
本发明公开了一种基于预应力法兰的波纹板拼装结构及其施工方法,法兰盘边缘焊接于波纹板内侧表面,焊接横向位置与波纹板边缘之间存在距离;上端法兰盘的内侧焊接有三角支架a,下端法兰盘的外侧焊接有三角支架b;在两块波纹板相互连接时,将边缘处波纹板相互重叠,形成搭接;两块波纹板搭接后,连接节点处的两片法兰盘之间存在距离,通过预应力螺栓连接二者;波纹板重叠处内部设有止水条,两块波纹板相互挤压使止水条压紧,起到防水作用。本发明弥补了在波纹板拼装结构中法兰拼接易张开变形和搭接施工不便的缺点,提高了波纹板连接节点处的抗弯刚度与连接密封性,使波纹板拼装结构在各工程领域中具有更好的适用性。
