The method comprises the steps that ultra-high performance concrete bin partition plates areprefabricated, and the ultra-high performance concrete bin partition plates are arranged in a plate rib type and/or a flat plate type; bracket longitudinal beams are constructed in a comprehensive pipe gallery in a cast-in-place construction mode; multiple sections of prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete partition plates are placed above the bracket longitudinal beams, and every two adjacent sections of ultra-high performance concrete partition plates are aligned and closed; and wet joint construction is conducted section by section, an ultra-high-performance concrete joint materialis poured between the ultra-high-performance concrete bin partition plates and the inner pipe wall of the pipe gallery, and an ultra-high-performance concrete joint material is poured between every two adjacent sections of ultra-high-performance concrete bin partition plates for joint pouring. According to the method, the comprehensive pipe gallery bin partition plates and the concrete members canbe lighter and more convenient to install, the characteristics of high strength and durability of ultra-high performance concrete and the advantages of the prefabricated partition plates are fully utilized, the production efficiency can be greatly improved, the construction safety risk is greatly reduced, and the later maintenance cost is reduced.
