The online monitoring device can achieve online monitoring of the high steep slope in the highway, save manpower and achieve real-time monitoring; when the high steep slope in the highway slides down, fallen soil can be blocked by the protection frame, the situation that the fallen soil impacts the road surface and the fixed column can beavoided, an early warning device and a flashing lamp jointly remind passing vehicle drivers, dual reminding is achieved, the situation that a driver can notice the abnormity of the high steep slope isguaranteed, the early warning time is saved, and the early warning effect is improved.
