The invention discloses a lowering method of a building reinforced concrete frame beam. The lowering method comprises the steps that step one, a plurality of sets of positioning grooves are formed inthe outer surfaces of a pair of transverse wood beams in the axial direction; step two, connectors are installed at the free ends of the pair of transverse wood beams respectively, wherein each connector comprises a connector body, a plurality of right-trapezoid-shaped first connecting plates and a plurality of sets of connecting pieces; step three, the reinforced concrete frame beam is hoisted tobe higher than the pair of connectors; step four, the reinforced concrete frame beam and the pair of connectors are transversely staggered by a certain distance, the reinforced concrete frame beam islowered, the reinforced concrete frame beam is transversely pushed, and the reinforced concrete frame beam is transversely cut and welded; and step five, the transverse wood beams, the connectors andthe reinforced concrete frame beam are poured to be integrally formed. Connection of the transverse wood beams and the reinforced concrete frame beam is achieved through the specially-made connectorsand the reinforced concrete frame beam, the rigidity of connection points is improved, the steel bar using amount of a house beam is reduced, and the good popularization value is achieved.
本发明公开了一种建筑钢筋混凝土框架梁的下放方法,包括:步骤一、将一对横木梁的外表面沿轴向开设多组定位槽;步骤二、将一对横木梁的自由端分别安装连接头,连接头包括:连接头主体、多块直角梯形第一连接板、多组连接件;步骤三、起吊一钢筋混凝土框架梁至高于一对连接头;步骤四、将钢筋混凝土框架梁与一对连接头横向错开一定距离,下放钢筋混凝土框架梁,横向顶推钢筋混凝土框架梁,沿横向切割,焊接;步骤五、浇注横木梁、连接头、钢筋混凝土框架梁,使其一体成型。本发明通过特制连接头与钢筋混凝土框架梁实现横木梁与钢筋混凝土框架梁的连接,提高连接点的刚性,减少房梁的钢筋用量,具有较好的推广价值。
