The invention provides a method for realizing eave type pseudo-classic building roof tile laying based on a metal tile assembly. The metal tile assembly comprises U-shaped reference tiles formed through integral stamping forming, convex-concave left side main tiles formed through one-time forging and pressing, and convex-concave right side main tiles formed through one-time forging and pressing. The laying method includes the steps that the central axis of a roof is measured on an ancient building roof with cornice warping feet, then the reference tiles are laid along the central axis from topto bottom, and the left side main tiles and the right side main tiles are laid on the left sides and the right sides of the reference tiles correspondingly and continue to be laid until all roof slope surfaces are laid; and adjacent roofing slate bodies are laid in a mode that the outer side edges of convex plate faces cover the outer side edges of concave plate faces in a crossed mode. Accordingto the method for realizing eave type pseudo-classic building roof tile laying based on the metal tile assembly, during laying, the left side main tiles and the right side main tiles are always connected relative to the directions of the cornice warping feet, so that no matter how high the cornice warping feet are, rainwater cannot permeate into a room along connectors of the adjacent tiles, therainproof performance is enhanced, and the problem that asymmetry and unattractiveness are caused due to the fact that only half of tiles are left after the tiles are laid in an existing method is solved.
本发明提供一种基于金属瓦组件实现飞檐式仿古建筑屋顶瓦铺设方法,金属瓦组件包括整体冲压成型的U形基准瓦、一次锻压成型凸凹形式的左侧主瓦和凸凹形式的右侧主瓦。铺设方法为:在带飞檐翘脚的古建筑屋顶测出屋面中轴线,再沿中轴线自上而下铺设一列所述基准瓦,所述基准瓦的左、右两侧分别铺设左侧主瓦和右侧主瓦,延续铺设直至铺满全部屋顶斜坡面;其中,相邻瓦板,以凸形板面外侧边缘盖住凹形板面外侧边缘的形式交界铺设。本发明在铺设时左侧、右侧主瓦分别相对于飞檐翘脚的方向总是连体的,不管飞檐翘脚有多高,雨水都不会沿相邻瓦的接口渗入屋内,增强了防雨性能,还解决了以往方法容易出现铺到最后只剩半块瓦片位置导致的不对称不美观问题。
