本发明公开了一种大跨度箱型钢梁滑移安装施工工艺及装置,本发明涉及结构工程技术领域。通过滑移轨道的低端两侧上部处设置有厚轨道压板,滑移轨道的上端上滑动设置有胎架和楔形夹块,胎架的上端两侧均固定设置有方钢,胎架的上端位置处通过方钢卡装有待安装钢梁,待安装钢梁的外表面上设置有顶推耳板,液压油缸的固定端与顶推耳板之间转动相连,液压爬行器与待滑移构件间采取刚性连接的方式,该连接方式对于滑移跨度及跨距较大、榀数较多的结构时,其各滑移(顶推)点的同步性控制较好,解决了钢梁就位准确性不高的难题,并且每榀单元结构的拼装与累积滑移可同时施工,互不影响,加之液压滑移作业绝对时间较短,能够有效保证屋面箱梁的安装工期。
