The casement window fixing hinge comprises a sliding rail fixed to a window frame, a first connecting part fixed to a window sash, a first sliding block and a second sliding block, wherein the first sliding block and the second sliding block can slide in the sliding rail. The first connecting part is rotationally connected to the first slidingblock through a second connecting part, the first connecting part is rotationally connected to the sliding rail through a third connecting part, the third connecting part is rotationally connected tothe second sliding block through a fourth connecting part, the fourth connecting part is rotationally connected with the second connecting part, and the first connecting part does angular motion relative to the sliding rail when the first sliding block and the second sliding block slide. According to the casement window hinge, by arranging structural linkage among the first connecting part, the second connecting part, the third connecting part, the fourth connecting part, the first sliding block and the second sliding block, loads from a window sash can be effectively transmitted, so that thebearing capacity of the whole casement window fixing hinge is improved, meanwhile, a hinge fixing part does not need to be arranged, the structure is simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be effectively reduced.
