The invention discloses a high-adaptability wall-clamped cleaning mechanism which comprises cleaning mechanisms, guide holes, adjusting plates, a transmission mechanism, fixing clamping grooves, threaded holes and limiting grooves. The adjusting plates are symmetrically clamped to the side end faces of the transmission mechanism in a sliding mode, and the fixing clamping grooves used for limitingare formed in the four corners of the rear end faces of the adjusting plates. By arranging the cleaning mechanisms, during cleaning, spring shafts can provide enough elastic force for cleaning heads for buffering, so that the protection performance on the exteriors of the cleaning heads can be effectively improved; and meanwhile, during cleaning, each transmission gear can drive four sets of mounting gears to do circular motion on the inner end face of a fixed clamping ring; and when the mounting gears do circular motion, the mounting gears can perform auto-rotation, so that the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning heads on the exterior of the wall body can be improved to the maximum extent.
