The invention relates to foamed plastic collecting equipment, in particular to grinding type seaborne foamed plastic collecting equipment. The grinding type seaborne foamed plastic collecting equipment comprises a grinding hopper, a first filter screen plate, a vertical frame, a discharging hopper, a foam block grinding mechanism and the like. The first filter screen plate is fixedly arranged at one end of the grinding hopper, the vertical frame is fixedly arranged on the upper side surface of the grinding hopper, the discharging hopper is fixedly arranged on a side surface of the vertical frame, the foam block grinding mechanism is arranged on the grinding hopper, and a foam particle conveying mechanism is arranged in the vertical frame and is connected to the foam block grinding mechanism. The grinding type seaborne foamed plastic collecting equipment can suck a foamed plastic block on a water surface into the grinding hopper automatically through the foamed block grinding mechanism.An angle formed by a plurality of grinding rollers, a chain wheel and a chain is 15-45 degrees, so that large foam blocks enter into the grinding hopper from an inlet of the grinding hopper to be ground in a classified manner. The large foam blocks are ground to small foam blocks and then the small foam particles are ground to fine particles. Therefore, the time for fishing foam is saved and subsequent transportation is facilitated.
