Steel slag-coal gangue geopolymer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a steel slag and coal gangue geopolymer which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-100 parts of steel slag powder, 5-20 parts of coal gangue powder, 1-10 parts of alkaline excitant and 10-50 parts of water. The steel slag magnetic separation tailings and coal gangue are used as main raw materials, under the excitation condition, generation of an N-A-S-Hgel phase or a C-S-H gel phase or an S-A-H gel phase is promoted, a gel network structure is formed in a formed geopolymer, and meanwhile, by regulating and controlling the ratio of steel slag powderto coal gangue powder and the alkaline excitation condition, the CaO component in the steel slag powder can be fully utilized, the mechanical property and the volume stability of the obtained oligomer material are further improved, and the mechanical property and the durability of the obtained oligomer material are effectively improved; in addition, high-dosage application of the steel slag powder in the oligomer material can be achieved, and important economic and environmental benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种钢渣‑煤矸石地聚物,各组分及其所占重量份数包括:钢渣粉70~100份,煤矸石粉5~20份,碱性激发剂1~10份,水10~50份。本发明以钢渣磁选尾渣和煤矸石为主要原料,在激发条件下,促进生成N‑A‑S‑H凝胶相、C‑S‑H凝胶相或S‑A‑H凝胶相,并在形成的地聚物内部形成胶凝网络结构,同时通过调控钢渣粉与煤矸石粉之间的配比以及碱性激发条件,可充分利用钢渣粉中的CaO成分,进一步提升所得低聚物材料的力学性能和体积稳定性,有效提升所得低聚物材料的力学性能和耐久性能;此外,本发明可实现钢渣粉在低聚物材料中的高掺量应用,具有重要的经济和环境效益。
