Water-dispersion-resistant synchronous grouting material for water-rich stratum
The invention discloses a water-dispersion-resistant synchronous grouting material for a water-rich stratum. The water-dispersion-resistant synchronous grouting material is prepared from Portland cement, sand, nano-silicon modified magnesium lithium silicate, sodium polyacrylate, guar gum ether and a high-performance water reducing agent. The grouting material has the advantages of being good in water dispersion resistance, low in bleeding rate, high in early strength and high in stone rate, and can resist dilution and dispersion of underground water and can be normally coagulated when being used for synchronous grouting construction of a water-rich stratum, so that normal shield tunneling construction is guaranteed; the grouting filling rate is high, filling is sufficient after grouting is completed, and the water leakage problem and the surface subsidence problem caused by the filling are avoided.
本发明公开一种富水地层用抗水分散型同步注浆材料,由硅酸盐水泥、砂、纳米硅改性硅酸镁锂、聚丙烯酸钠、瓜尔胶醚和高性能减水剂制成。本发明具有抗水分散性能好、泌水率低、早期强度高、结石率高的优点,用于富水地层同步注浆施工时,能够抵抗地下水的稀释、冲散,能够正常的凝结,以确保盾构掘进施工正常进行;注浆填充率高,注浆完成后填充充足,避免了由此引发的渗漏水问题以及地表塌陷问题。
