Stone hydrophobic protective agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of stone protective agents, in particular to a stone hydrophobic protective agent and a preparation method thereof. The stone hydrophobic protective agentis prepared from, by weight, 1.3%-5.9% of fluorine-containing resin, 1.3%-5.9% of organic silicon resin, 15%-96% of a solvent, 0.1%-0.5% of an oily penetrant, 0.1%-0.4% of an oily defoamer, 0.05%-0.1%of a metal catalyst, and 0.1-0.3% of an oily deodorant; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring and mixing the fluorine-containing resin, the organic silicon resin, the solvent, the oily penetrant, the oily defoamer and the oily deodorant, adding the metal catalyst, and uniformly mixing. The stone hydrophobic protective agent solves the problems of high productioncost, inconvenience in use, poor protection effect and even toxic and side effects of the existing stone protective agent, takes the fluorine-containing resin and silicon resin as key components, adopts the metal catalyst for catalytic reaction, and cooperates with the auxiliary effect of other raw material components, so that the stone hydrophobic protective agent has a good waterproof effect. Therefore, the protective agent has a good protective effect on the stone, and is simple in preparation process and low in production cost.
本发明涉及石材防护剂技术领域,用于增强对石材的保护效果,尤其涉及一种石材疏水防护剂及其制备方法,按照重量百分比计,包括以下组分:1.3~5.9%的含氟树脂,1.3~5.9%的有机硅树脂,15~96%的溶剂,1~5‰的油性渗透剂,1~4‰的油性消泡剂,0.5~1‰的金属催化剂,1~3‰的油性除味剂;其制备方法为先将氟树脂、有机硅树脂、溶剂、油性渗透剂、油性消泡剂、油性除味剂搅拌混匀,再加入金属催化剂混匀即可;解决了现有的石材防护剂存在生产成本高、使用不便、防护效果不好、甚至具有毒副作用的问题,该石材疏水防水剂中以含氟树脂和硅树脂为关键成分,采用金属催化剂进行催化反应,再协同其他原料组分的辅助效果,使该防护剂对石材的防护效果很好,而且制作工艺简单,生产成本低廉。
