The invention discloses a geocell laying device and a geocell laying method. The geocell laying device comprises rails fixed to the left side and the right side of a geocell, a plurality of tensioningassemblies are connected to the rails in a sliding mode, the tensioning assemblies can freely slide along the rails, each tensioning assembly comprises a detachably-connected stretching rod located at the front end, the stretching rods are vertically arranged. The stretching rod is used for being arranged in the geocell in a penetrating mode to provide a tensioning force; and device further comprises the tensioning frame which is used for being connected with the tail end of the earthwork standard room. The laying method comprises the following steps: (1) fixing an anchor rod at the startingend; (2) rail fixing; (3) net hanging; (4) tensioning the geocell; and (5) compacting the filler. The guide rail, the anchor rod and the tensioning assembly can be repeatedly used, the anchor rod at the starting end is only used at the laying starting point, and compared with the prior art, the consumption of the anchor rod can be greatly reduced and the material cost can be reduced when the device and the method are used for laying the geocell.
本发明公开了一种土工格室铺设装置及铺设方法,包括固定在土工格室左右两侧的轨道,轨道上滑动连接有若干张拉组件,张拉组件可沿轨道自由滑动,张拉组件包括位于前端的可拆卸连接的拉伸杆,拉伸杆竖直设置,拉伸杆用于穿设在土工格室中提供张拉力;还包括用于连接土工格室尾端的张拉架。所述铺设方法包括以下步骤:(1)起始端锚杆固定;(2)轨道固定;(3)挂网;(4)张拉土工格室;(5)填料压实。本发明中的导轨、锚杆、张拉组件均可重复利用,起始端锚杆只在铺设起点使用,相比现有工艺,使用该装置和方法铺设土工格室可大大降低锚杆的消耗量,缩减材料成本。
