Method for controlling reflection cracks of asphalt concrete overlay of cement concrete pavement
The invention discloses a method for controlling reflection cracks of an asphalt concrete overlay of a cement concrete pavement, and relates to the technical field of highway engineering. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out damage treatment on a cement concrete pavement; adhering a steel plate to the kerf of the cement concrete pavement; and constructing an asphalt concrete additional paving layer. The asphalt concrete paving layer of the cement concrete pavement disclosed by the invention is not easy to generate reflection cracks. Epoxy resin is used as a binder, is harderthan asphalt but not brittle, and can effectively resist vertical driving load and cracking stress; and secondly, the steel plate is small in elasticity and not easy to stretch, and the steel plate spans the cement concrete kerf like a bridge plate, so that the cement concrete pavement kerf can be prevented from being reflected to the asphalt concrete paving layer.
本发明公开一种水泥混凝土路面沥青混凝土加铺层反射裂缝控制方法,涉及公路工程技术领域。该方法包括以下步骤:水泥混凝土路面破损处理;水泥混凝土路面切缝处粘贴钢板;沥青混凝土加铺层施工。本发明的水泥混凝土路面的沥青混凝土加铺层不易产生反射裂缝。它是用环氧树脂作为粘结剂,与沥青相比硬而不脆,能有效抵御竖向行车荷载和开裂应力的作用;二是钢板的弹性小,不易拉伸,并且钢板好像桥板一样跨越水泥混凝土切缝,能够阻断水泥混凝土路面切缝向沥青混凝土加铺层反射。
