The equipment comprises a vehicle body; a supporting mechanism which is fixedly connected to the rear side of the upper surface of the vehicle body; a cutting mechanism which is fixedly connected to an inner cavity of the supporting mechanism; the supporting mechanism comprises a machine shell fixedly connected to the rear side of the upper surface of the vehicle body, and inserting grooves are formed in the upper surface of the machine shell in the circumferential direction; a handle which is fixedly connected to the top end of the rear side of the machine shell; a screw, one end of the screw is rotationally connected to the middle of the top end of the inner cavity of the shell through a bearing, and the other endis rotationally connected with the top of the vehicle body through a bearing; and a nut which is screwed at the bottom of the outer wall of the screw rod. The cutting width can be adjusted according to the width of a damaged road surface, the purpose of bilateral cutting is achieved, use is more flexible, the cutting efficiency is improved, the first slice and the second slice cannot be affected by mechanical vibration to move, it is guaranteed that the cutting depth is constant, and the road surface cutting quality is guaranteed.
