The invention discloses a concrete pavement rebuilding and crushing device for municipal construction. The device comprises a supporting plate; a sleeving piece is vertically fixed to the supporting plate in a penetrating mode, the crushing piece is arranged in the sleeving piece in a sliding and sleeving mode, and a lifting mechanism connected with the crushing piece is arranged on the supportingplate; a water tank used for containing water is fixedly arranged on the supporting plate, and a pumping assembly used for pumping water from the water tank is installed on the outer wall of the water tank; when the lifting mechanism works, the crushing piece is driven to move upwards, the lifting mechanism is separated from the crushing piece after the crushing piece moves to the high stroke point of the crushing piece, and at the moment, the crushing piece is driven to freely fall down along the sleeving piece to impact the ground under the action of gravity of the crushing piece, the fixation cylinder and the balancing weight in the fixation cylinder, and thus the concrete pavement on the ground is crushed; the free falling body impact force of the crushing piece can be improved by increasing the number of the balancing weights; and when the lifting mechanism acts, the pumping assembly is driven to continuously feed the water liquid in the water tank to an atomizing nozzle.
