Track beam bridge in straddle type monorail shield tunnel and construction method thereof
The invention provides a track beam bridge in a straddle type monorail shield tunnel and a construction method thereof. The track beam bridge comprises a beam body and a base body used for fixing andsupporting the beam body, the beam body comprises track beams and end cross beams, the end cross beams are arranged on the two end sides of the track beams, and the track beams are perpendicular to the upper end faces of the end cross beams; the base body comprises a pressure-bearing support for supporting the end cross beams, the end cross beams are of a fish-belly-shaped structure and comprisesends connected with an upper plate of the pressure-bearing support and midspan bellies, the thickness of each belly is larger than that of each end, and the overall height of the ends connected with the support can be reduced. By the adoption of the novel track bridge, an anchor box does not need to be arranged, tunnel segments of shield construction cannot be damaged, a shield method can be applied to construction of the track bridge in the straddle type monorail tunnel, the construction cost is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the overall height of the track bridge can be reduced, and the anti-overturning capacity of the track beams is improved.
本发明提供一种跨座式单轨盾构法隧道内轨道梁桥以及其施工方法,该轨道梁桥包括梁体和用于固定支撑梁体的基体,梁体包括轨道梁及端横梁,端横梁设置在轨道梁的两端侧,轨道梁垂直于端横梁的上端面,基体包括支撑端横梁的承压支座,端横梁为鱼腹状结构,包括连接承压支座上板的端部以及跨中的腹部,腹部的厚度大于端部的厚度,可降低端部连接支座后的整体高度。采用本发明新型轨道桥梁无须设置锚箱,不会破坏盾构施工的隧道管片,可以实现将盾构法应用于跨座式单轨隧道内轨道桥梁的施工,有效降低施工成本,同时可以降低轨道桥梁的整体高度,并提高轨道梁的抗倾覆能力。
