Back-mounted cantilever arm of spine girder bridge and longitudinal joint structure thereof
The invention provides a spine girder bridge back-mounted cantilever arm and a longitudinal joint structure thereof, which are suitable for a composite section spine girder bridge with prefabricated sections. The back-mounted cantilever arm is a prefabricated concrete member assembled by the sections, and follows the construction time sequence that a core longitudinal beam is erected step by stepafter being completed; according to the back-mounted cantilever, each prefabricated segment comprises two cantilever rib plates and cantilever top plates within the corresponding range; a prefabricated support is arranged at the lower edge of the root part of the rear-mounted cantilever rib plate and is matched with the support of the core longitudinal beam to form a group of vertical supports; the rear-mounted cantilever top plate is provided with a back-mounted cantilever top plate longitudinal joint between the adjacent prefabricated top plates in the longitudinal direction of the bridge; prefabricated bottom dies are arranged on the bottom edges of the prefabricated top plates on the two sides of the longitudinal wet joint correspondingly. The back-mounted cantilever arm is advantagedin that technical bottlenecks of transportation and construction of large-size segmental beams in the prior art are overcome, the rear-mounted cantilever arm segments of the composite-section spine beam are reliably connected with the core longitudinal beams, construction is convenient and fast, and the design and construction key technology of segmental prefabricated assembled concrete bridges isimproved.
本发明提供一种脊骨梁桥后装挑臂及其纵向接缝构造,适用于节段预制的复合截面脊骨梁桥,所述后装挑臂为节段拼装的预制混凝土构件,遵循核心纵梁完工后再逐步架设的施工时序;所述后装挑臂,每个预制节段包含两道挑臂肋板以及相应范围内的挑臂顶板;所述后装挑臂肋板在根部下缘设置有预制承托,与核心纵梁的承托配套构成一组竖向支撑;所述后装挑臂顶板,在纵桥向相邻的预制顶板间,设置后装挑臂顶板纵向接缝;所述纵向湿接缝在两侧的预制顶板底缘分别布置预制底模。本发明克服现有技术中大尺寸节段梁运输、施工的技术瓶颈,使复合截面脊骨梁的后装挑臂节段与核心纵梁连接可靠、施工便捷,提升了节段预制拼装混凝土桥梁的设计和施工关键技术。
