According to the method, the situation is controlled at the first time, harm expansion is avoided, division of labor is clear, and comprehensive preparation is realized; specific to various possible dangerous situations, professional groups of different types of work built and cultivated by emergency units comprise transportation, blasting, excavation, installation and the like.
