The invention discloses a sound insulation barrier convenient to disassemble, assemble and transfer and a disassembling and assembling method thereof. The sound insulation barrier comprises a bearingblock and a base frame, a simple column is fixedly connected to the upper end of the bearing block, a cutting groove is formed in the outer wall of the simple column, a rotating mechanism is arrangedon the inner side of the cutting groove, and the inner side of the cutting groove is rotationally connected with the base frame through the rotating mechanism; wherein trundles are fixedly connected to the lower end of the base frame, a lighting assembly is arranged at the upper end of the simple column, a containing groove is formed in the front face of the base frame, and a fixing mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the base frame. When the sound insulation barrier is disassembled, firstly, the lampshade at the upper end of the cylinder is taken down through rotation, then the fastening nut on the screw rod is rotated to loosen and move upwards, then the lower end of the screw rod is screwed out of the spiral groove, and after the screw rod is pulled out, the base frame with the sleeve is separated from the cutting groove in the cylinder; the requirement for rotation of the sound insulation barrier is met, and meanwhile the simple column and the base frame can be rapidly disassembled.
