The invention discloses tunnel cleaning and collecting integrated equipment which comprises a moving device, a cleaning device and a collecting device; the moving device comprises a mounting frame moving in a tunnel; the cleaning device comprises a rotary disc and a plurality of cleaning arm structures, wherein the rotary disc is rotatably mounted on the mounting frame in the driving direction ofthe mounting frame; the fixed ends of the multiple cleaning arm structures are installed on the side face of the rotary disc in the circumferential direction of the rotary disc at intervals, cleaningcutters are installed at the installation ends of the multiple cleaning arm structures, the collecting device is installed on the mounting frame, the rotary disc is driven to rotate to drive the multiple cleaning arm structures to rotate, the cleaning cutters make contact with the inner wall face of a tunnel, and therefore, the inner wall face of the tunnel is cleaned. Wastes on the inner wall face of the tunnel cleaned by the cleaning tool are collected through the collecting device and then, are cleaned, so that tunnel cleaning and automatic collection of the cleaned wastes are achieved; andthe cleaning waste does not need to be collected manually independently, so that manpower and material resources are saved, and the tunnel cleaning cost is reduced.
本发明公开一种隧道清洁收集一体式设备，包括移动装置、清理装置及收集装置，移动装置包括移动行驶于隧道内的安装架，清理装置包括转盘和多个清洁臂结构，转盘沿安装架行驶方向转动安装于安装架，多个清洁臂结构的固定端沿转盘周向间隔安装于转盘侧面，多个清洁臂结构安装端均安装有清理刀具，收集装置安装于安装架，通过驱动转盘转动，带动多个清洁臂结构转动，使得清理刀具与隧道内壁面接触，以实现对隧道内壁面的清理，通过收集装置收集经清理刀具清理的隧道内壁面的废料后以进行清理，实现了隧道清理及清理的废料的自动收集，不需要单独的人工再对清洁下来的垃圾进行收集，节约了人力物力，降低了隧道清理成本。
