The invention discloses a municipal road surface cleaning and flushing integrated engineering vehicle which comprises a vehicle body, and a garbage can used for storing and collecting garbage and a water tank used for containing water are fixedly arranged on the vehicle body; a power structure is arranged between the water tank and the garbage can; and a sweeping assembly is installed below the vehicle body, the sweeping assembly is connected with the power structure, and a negative pressure suction assembly used for being matched with the sweeping assembly is arranged on the rear portion of the sweeping assembly. During work, the vehicle body drives the whole device to walk, the power structure is started after walking, the power structure drives the sweeping assembly and the negative pressure suction assembly to work, the sweeping assembly sweeps dust and other garbage on the road surface to the inlet end of the negative pressure suction assembly, and the negative pressure suction assembly is used for sucking the garbage into the garbage can; and meanwhile, the power structure further drives a water pumping assembly to work, the water pumping assembly sucks water in the water tank into the water pumping assembly, and then the water pumping assembly sends the water to a spraying assembly to be sprayed out.
