The invention belongs to the technical field of rail deicing, and particularly relates to a multi-surface clearing railway rail deicing device which comprises a bucket, connecting bases, a connectingshaft, a handheld handle and a deicing mechanism; the right side of the bucket is fixedly connected with the three groups of connecting bases, and the connecting bases are in transmission connection with the handheld handle through the connecting shaft. The deicing mechanism is located on the left side of the bucket and comprises rail front-end shovel heads, the two front-end shovel heads and thetwo ends of the left sides of the shovel heads are integrally formed, the sides, away from the shovel heads, of the front-end shovel heads are fixedly connected with arc-shaped rail cleaning plates, and triangular baffles are fixedly connected to the tops of the front-end shovel heads. By means of the deicing structure, the rail front-end shovel heads shovel the surface of the rail, parts of heatcan be generated due to friction caused by friction force during shoveling, and ice blocks can be removed more easily.
