The working well comprises a plurality of L-shaped side walls, a plurality of cover plates and at least two end sealing plates; and one cover plate is arranged on the two corresponding L-shaped side walls to form an annular well ditch in a splicing mode, the annular well ditches are sequentially arranged to form an annular length well ditch, and the end sealing plates are arranged on an opening of the annular length well ditch. The splicing of multi-pass wells such as linear wells, corner wells, three-way wells and four-way wells is met, and the modular combined prefabricated electric power working well is flexible and diverse in form, and is suitable for requirements of various designs and working conditions.
