The invention relates to excavating equipment, in particular to ore mining and excavating equipment. The ore mining and excavating equipment comprises a frame main body, an adjusting mechanism, an abrasive drilling mechanism, excavating mechanisms, linkage mechanisms, cleaning mechanisms, a fixing mechanism, a stabilizing mechanism and wheel mechanisms, wherein the adjusting mechanism is connectedto the middle of the frame main body, the abrasive drilling mechanism is connected to the middle of the adjusting mechanism, the two excavating mechanisms are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode, thetwo excavating mechanisms are connected to the upper end and the lower end of the right end of the adjusting mechanism respectively, each excavating mechanism is connected with one linkage mechanism,each linkage mechanism is connected with one cleaning mechanism, the fixing mechanism is connected to the left end of the frame main body, the stabilizing mechanism is connected to the lower end of the fixing mechanism, and each of the left end and the right end of the lower end of the frame main body is connected with one wheel mechanism. Lifting of the adjusting mechanism can drive the inclination angles of the two excavating mechanisms at the right end to be adjusted, and ore mining and excavating can be conveniently conducted on the surfaces of ore bodies with different gradients.
