The invention discloses an environment-friendly garden landscape rainwater collection and water recycling device. The environment-friendly garden landscape rainwater collection and water recycling device comprises collection equipment and water utilization equipment, wherein the collection equipment comprises water collection tanks and a water storage pool, the water collection tanks are mounted on the ground around a garden, the water storage pool is buried under the garden, and one end of each water collection tank is connected with the water storage pool through a water storage pipe; and the water utilization equipment comprises a landscape water pool, a water taking well and a water spraying assembly, wherein the landscape water pool and the water taking well are connected with the water storage pool through water taking pipes, the landscape water pool is connected with the water collection tanks through a backflow water pipe, and the water taking well is connected with the water spraying assembly through a water pumping pipe. A water pump and a check valve are mounted on the water taking pipes, the backflow water pipe and the water pumping pipe. The water collection tanks collect and purify rainwater and store the rainwater into the water storage pool for storage, so that water is provided for the landscape pool and the water spraying assembly, internal accumulated water flows back to the water collection tanks again for purification and storage again when the landscape pool is cleaned, the purposes of rainwater collection and water recycling are achieved, and therefore, a large number of water resources are saved.
