The invention relates to a detachable supporting tool for a prefabricated air conditioner plate and a using method of the detachable supporting tool. A vertical rod is installed on a bottom support adjusting mechanism in a sleeving mode and can be adjusted to ascend and descend through the bottom support adjusting mechanism, a U-shaped supporting piece is fixed to the top end of the vertical rod,a notch of the U-shaped supporting piece faces upwards, and the end of an upper chord is rotatably connected with the U-shaped supporting piece through a first hinge structure. The vertical rod and the upper chord are obliquely supported through a web member and a web member adjusting mechanism, the web member is installed on the web member adjusting mechanism in a sleeving mode and can be telescopically adjusted through the web member adjusting mechanism, the lower end of the web member adjusting mechanism is rotatably connected with the vertical rod, and the upper end of the web member is rotatably connected with the upper chord through a second hinge structure. A plurality of jacking-supporting adjusting mechanisms are arranged on the upper chord in a sliding mode, and the supporting heights of the jacking-supporting adjusting mechanisms can be adjusted in a lifting mode. The detachable supporting tool supports installation of the prefabricated air conditioner plate, has good universality, is easy and convenient to assemble, adjust and install, and facilitates improvement of construction efficiency and safety.
