Moisture-proof and anti-condensation system for basement
The invention discloses a moisture-proof and anti-condensation system for abasement. The system comprises structural moisture-proof treatment, heat preservation anti-condensation treatment and water absorption anti-condensation treatment; the structural moisture-proof treatment adopts a moisture-proof layer; the moisture-proof layer is located on the outer side of a cement layer; the heat preservation anti-condensation treatment adopts a heat insulation layer and a heat preservation layer; the heat insulation layer is located between the moisture-proof layer and the heat preservation layer; and the water absorption anti-condensation treatment adopts a water absorption layer. Firstly, compared with a traditional technology, the system has the advantages that the cement layer has the moisture-proof function, and the real moisture-proof function is achieved by modifying the structure of the cement layer; secondly, an aerogel heat insulation coating with the most efficient heat insulationperformance at present is adopted as the heat preservation layer, and compared with a traditional heat preservation plate or a polyurethane foaming material, the aerogel heat insulation coating is small in thickness, small in occupied space, capable of effectively saving space, free of any influence on later construction and capable of being directly applied with putty and emulsion paint or tiled;and finally, a water-absorbing coating is further introduced to adjust the indoor air humidity.
