The invention relates to an embedding method of group heavy embedded parts. The embedding method comprises the following steps: erecting a template to form a construction space in a surrounding manner, correspondingly driving engineering piles at the positions, where a plurality of embedded parts are to be mounted, of the ground in the construction space, and exposing the top parts of the engineering piles out of the ground; mounting a fixing frame at the top of each of the engineering piles, hoisting each embedded part to the top of the corresponding fixing frame, and fixing each embedded part at the corresponding fixing frame after fine adjustment and correction; mounting a support frame at the top of each fixing frame, and fixedly connecting each support frame with the corresponding embedded part to support the corresponding embedded part; and pouring concrete from the middle to the two ends in the construction space in the arrangement direction of the embedded parts to form a vibration table, and partially embedding the embedded parts in the vibration table. The embedding method effectively solves the problem that the mounting precision of the group heavy embedded parts is noteasy to control, the precision of the embedded parts can meet the requirement even in high-temperature weather in summer after mass concrete pouring is completed, and the method is simple and easy toimplement.
本发明涉及一种群组重型埋件的埋设方法,包括:支设模板以围合形成施工空间,在施工空间内的地面待安装若干埋件的位置对应打设工程桩,且该工程桩的顶部部分露出地面;在工程桩的顶部安装固定架,将埋件吊运至固定架的顶部,精调校正后固定埋件于固定架;于固定架的顶部安装支撑架,并将支撑架与埋件固定连接以支撑埋件;于施工空间内沿若干埋件的设置方向自中间向两端浇筑混凝土以形成振动台,且该埋件部分埋设于振动台中。本发明有效地解决了群组重型埋件的安装精度不易控制的问题,即使在夏季高温天气也能保证大体积混凝土浇筑完成后埋件的精度满足要求,且方法简单,易于实现。
