The fabricated light steel structure composite external wall panel comprises a longitudinal and transverse steel bar frame arranged between floor panels and an external wall panel arranged on the outer side of the longitudinal and transverse steel bar frame, and the longitudinal and transverse steel bar frame consists of a plurality of vertical steel bar columns and transverse keels; two pieces of transverse adjusting steel are vertically assembled between every two adjacent vertical reinforcing steel bar columns in a sliding mode, locking pieces are arranged between the ends of the transverse adjusting steel and the vertical reinforcing steel bar columns, and one piece of transverse adjusting steel sliding to the top or the bottom of the external wall panel is fixed between the two vertical reinforcing steel bar columns through the locking pieces; and the othertransverse adjusting steel sliding to the middle of the outer wall plate is fixed between the two vertical steel bar columns through the locking pieces, an end connecting piece is arranged between onetransverse adjusting steel located at the end of the outer wall plate and the inner wall face of the outer wall plate, and middle connecting pieces are arranged between the other transverse adjustingsteel and the middle of the outer wall plate. The outer wall plate is provided with more mounting joints, and mounting is firmer and more stable.
