The invention discloses a building fabricated wallboard containing a reinforcement cage framework and a splicing method of the building fabricated wallboard. The building fabricated wallboard involvesthe reinforcement cage framework and a concrete layer wrapping the reinforcement cage framework, and is characterized in that a plurality of pieces of abutted seam welding embedded iron are welded onthe outer side of a longitudinal reinforcement frame of the reinforcement cage framework; the concrete layer is provided with corresponding poly-plastic plate square blocks at the seam welding embedded iron, the concrete layer forms small square notches at the seam welding embedded iron after the poly-plastic plate square blocks are taken out, and the seam welding embedded iron is exposed out ofthe corresponding small square notch; and the upper part of a steel bar net rack is welded with two threaded lifting rings for a lifting plate, which are exposed out of the concrete layer. According to the building fabricated wallboard containing the reinforcement cage framework and the splicing method of the building fabricated wallboard, the seam welding embedded iron is arranged at the joints,and the joints are connected with each other in a welded mode through the seam welding embedded iron so that the building fabricated wallboard can be effectively prevented from being pulled to crack and staggered to crack at the joints.
