The bottom of the support is connected to a first fireproof layer at the bottom of the fireproof heat preservation layer. The top of the heat insulation plate abuts against a second fireproof layer at the top of the fireproof heat preservation layer. The construction method comprises the steps that the rigid cushion layer islaid and connected to the top of the building body steel structure, the fireproof heat-preservation layer is laid on the top of the rigid cushion layer, and the roof panels are arranged at intervals and connected to the fireproof heat-preservation layer.
