The invention provides a construction method of a square-round buckle column hoop reinforcing system. The construction method comprises the steps of material preparation, column position line snapping, positioning rib welding, column formwork mounting, column hoop auxiliary support mounting, first hoop piece mounting, remaining hoop piece mounting, correction reinforcing and the like. According tothe construction method of the square-round buckle column hoop reinforcing system, a rectangular column formwork is reinforced by adopting square-round buckling column hoop pieces, split bolts do notneed to be arranged in rectangular columns, the number of inner edges is correspondingly reduced, and the square-round buckle column hoop pieces have high shear resistance and bending resistance, sothat 45-degree inclined struts do not need to be additionally arranged in the construction process, besides, few construction process steps are used, the construction process is simple, and the construction efficiency is high. The problems that in an existing rectangular column reinforcing system, 45-degree inclined struts need to be additionally arranged to reinforce the bending resistance of column hoops so as to guarantee the stability of formworks, more mounting and construction technological processes of column hoops in a traditional mode are used, and once a certain link cannot meet theconstruction requirement, the forming quality of structural columns is affected are solved.
本发明提供了方圆扣柱箍加固体系施工方法,包括:材料准备、柱子位置弹线、焊定位筋、安装柱子模板、安装柱箍辅助支架、第一道卡箍件安装、剩余卡箍件安装和校正加固等步骤,本方圆扣柱箍加固体系施工方法,通过采用方圆扣柱卡箍件进行矩形柱模板加固,矩形柱内无需设置对拉螺栓且内楞数量相应减少,方圆扣柱卡箍件具有较强的抗剪及抗弯能力,因此在施工过程中无需增设45°斜撑,同时施工过程步骤少,施工过程简单,施工效率高,解决了目前矩形柱加固体系存在的需要增设45°斜撑来加强柱箍的抗弯能力,以保证模板的稳定性,并且传统方式柱箍的安装施工工艺流程较多,一旦某个环节达不到施工要求,将影响结构柱的成型质量的问题。
