Construction process of insulation board hole penetration and broken bridge insulation system of indoor skiing site
The invention discloses a construction process of an insulation board hole penetration and broken bridge insulation system of an indoor skiing site. The construction process comprises the following steps of top plate hole forming and positioning, sample top-plate-penetrating hole construction, airtight treatment and plugging treatment. For a pipeline or a suspender, firstly, hole positioning is conducted on the upper portion of a top plate, steel plates of a surface layer and a back layer are cut off through a high-altitude vehicle according to the size of a hole, a PIR core material in the top plate is removed, a sample is placed into the cut hole, foaming heat insulation treatment is conducted at the upper end of the hole of the top plate through a foaming agent, a color steel sleeve isarranged outside a foaming layer, then the color steel sleeve and the upper surface of the top plate are covered with an air separation layer, and the lower end of the top plate hole and the top of the foaming layer are sealed with sealant and a sealing cover; for a hanging structure or supporting structure sample, a flange is further needed to be arranged at the lower end of the sample for connection; and for a pipeline sample, airtight treatment is carried out by glue filling instead of foaming. The heat insulation performance, the air tightness and the structural safety of a comprehensive heat insulation system can be improved.
室内滑雪馆保温板穿洞及断桥保温系统的施工工艺,包括以下步骤:顶板开洞定位→试样穿顶板洞口施工→气密处理→封堵处理;对于管道或吊杆,先在顶板上部进行洞口定位,按照洞口尺寸使用高空车将面层及背层的钢板切割开,并将顶板内部的PIR芯材清除,在切割完成的洞口放入试样,在顶板洞口的上端使用发泡剂进行发泡保温处理,并在发泡层外设置彩钢套筒,然后在彩钢套筒及顶板上表面覆盖隔气层,在顶板洞口的下端以及发泡层的顶部使用密封胶、封盖进行密封;对于吊挂结构或支撑结构试样,还需在试样下端设置法兰连接;对于管线试样,不用通过发泡进行气密处理,而是使用灌胶进行气密处理;本发明可提高综合保温体系的保温性、气密性及结构安全性。
