The invention discloses a splash-proof sentry box for security and protection. The splash-proof sentry box comprises a sentry box body, a shielding mechanism is arranged on the upper side wall of thesentry box body, a cavity is formed in the inner bottom of the sentry box body, a wedge-shaped plate with the end located in the cavity is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the sentry box body in an inserted mode, and a pedal is fixedly connected to the upper end of the wedge-shaped plate; and an extendable spring is fixedly connected between the lower end of the wedge-shaped plate and the inner bottom wall of the cavity, a baffle is rotationally installed on the inner bottom wall of the sentry box body through a rotating shaft, a gear extending into the cavity is fixedly connected to the end of the rotating shaft, and a toothed plate meshed with the gear slides in the cavity. According to the splash-proof sentry box, through rotation of the baffle and suction type movement formed by sliding of a sliding plate, rainwater is prevented from splashing to wet clothes of security personnel, comfort of the security personnel is guaranteed, locking of a push rod is released in rainy days,the suction type movement is convenient, the push rod is not automatically locked in the rainy days, and the problem that dust flies up to pollute the surrounding environment due to random movement ofa pressing plate is avoided.
