The cushioning devices are additionally arranged on the parking pile so that the video pile can be prevented from being damaged when colliding and extruding happen; and besides, the protection device is additionally arranged, so that when a vehicle collideswith the device, the video pile can be automatically retracted backwards, the video pile is prevented from being collided, the warning indicator at the top of the video pile can automatically ring toremind a vehicle owner, unnecessary collision is avoided, and the video pile is sufficiently protected.
