The invention discloses an automobile control system and an automobile control method. The automobile control system comprises an in-automobile temperature sensor, a sensing controller and an automobile body control module; the in-automobile temperature sensor receives an unlocking starting signal, detects the temperature in an automobile according to the unlocking starting signal, and generates an in-automobile temperature signal; the sensing controller is electrically connected with the in-automobile temperature sensor, receives the in-automobile temperature signal and adjusts an output automobile window control signal according to the in-automobile temperature signal; and the automobile body control module is electrically connected with the sensing controller and an automobile window, receives the automobile window control signal and controls whether the automobile window is opened or not according to the automobile window control signal. According to the technical scheme, when a user does not enter the automobile, the automobile window can be automatically opened to reduce the temperature in the automobile and optimize the air quality in the automobile when it is detected thatthe temperature in the automobile is too high, and the user does not need to conduct complex ventilation and cooling operation when entering the automobile.
