Modularized sealing system
The invention provides a modular sealing system. The modular sealing system comprises a rubber pad (1) and a sealing ring (2), the rubber pad (1) is of a cake-shaped structure, and the sealing ring (2) is fixed to the circumferential position of the upper surface of the rubber pad (1) through vulcanization; and the sealing ring (2) comprises a plurality of sealing units (21), the sealing units (21) are connected in the circumferential direction to form an annular structure, the sealing units (21) are elastic units, and the combination faces between the sealing units (21) are arc faces or stepped faces or the combination of the arc faces and the stepped faces. Supports of different tonnages can meet the design requirement only by increasing or decreasing the number of the sealing units according to the diameter of the rubber pad, the sealing units can be produced in batches, and the production cost of the supports is greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种模块化密封体系，包括橡胶垫(1)和密封圈(2)，所述橡胶垫(1)为饼状结构，所述密封圈(2)通过硫化固定在所述橡胶垫(1)上表面周向位置；所述密封圈(2)包括若干密封单元(21)，各所述密封单元(21)周向连接为环状结构，所述密封单元(21)为弹性单元，各所述密封单元(21)间的结合面为弧面或阶梯面或弧面与阶梯面的结合。不同吨位的支座只需根据橡胶垫直径大小增减密封单元数量即可满足设计，密封单元可进行批量生产，大大降低支座的生产成本。
