The inventon discloses a pavement coring machine for expressway detection. The pavement coring machine comprises a base, lifting assemblies, a transmission assembly, linkage mechanisms and limiting mechanisms; supporting columns are fixedly connected to the middles of the two sides of the top surface of the base, and the lifting assemblies are arranged in lifting cavities; the transmission assembly is arranged in a fixing box; the limiting mechanism is arranged in each limiting box; the linkage mechanism is arranged in each linkage box; the upper portions of column bodies of the supporting columns are movably sleeved with lifting sleeves, and a lifting beam is fixedly connected between the lifting sleeves; and a coring barrel is fixedly installed at the bottom end of a connecting column. The pavement coring machine is convenient to operate; through cooperative use of the linkage mechanisms and the limiting mechanisms, the limiting mechanisms are conveniently driven to fix the positionof the coring device when the lifting assemblies rotate, and the problem that an existing pavement coring machine is inconvenient to automatically limit and fix during operation is solved; and throughcooperative use of a distance measuring display and a pressure sensor, the problem that an existing pavement coring machine does not have an automatic distance measuring function during moving is solved.
本发明公开了一种高速公路检测用路面取芯机,包括底座、升降组件、传动组件、联动机构和限位机构,底座顶面两侧的中部均固接有支撑柱,升降腔内均设有升降组件;传动组件设置在固定箱内;每个限位箱内均设有限位机构;每个联动盒内均设有联动机构;支撑柱的柱体上部均活动套设有升降套筒,升降套筒之间固接有升降梁,连接柱的底端固定安装有取芯筒;本发明便于操作,通过联动机构与限位机构的配合使用,便于在升降组件转动时带动限位机构对取芯装置进行位置固定,解决了现有路面取芯机在操作时不便于自动限位固定的问题;通过测距显示器与压力传感器的配合使用,解决了现有路面取芯机在移动时不具备自动测距的问题。
