CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR FLOOR BOARD SYSTEM
A construction method for a floor board system. The method comprises the following steps: fabricating a floor board (1) having a recess (11) in a bottom surface thereof; fabricating a cable routing member (3), cutting or molding, on an elongated board, several wire channels (311) arranged in a lengthwise direction thereof, forming engagement structures at channel openings of the wire channels (311), and obtaining a base (31); cutting or molding, on another elongated board, a structure to be engaged with the channel openings of the wire channels (311), and obtaining a cover board (32); fabricating or purchasing an electrical cable (2); loading the electrical cable (2) into the wire channels (311); engaging the cover board (32) with the channel openings of the wire channels (311), such thatthe cover board (32) is engaged with and connected to the base (31); and fitting the cable routing member (3) loaded with the electrical cable (2) in the recess (11), and obtaining the floor board system. The invention overcomes the drawback of having to create an opening in a floor or a floor board when repairing a conventional embedded circuit, thereby realizing separation of a circuit from a main structure, reducing damage to a main structural body, and enhancing building safety, reliability, and durability.
一种楼层板系统的施工方法,步骤如下:制备楼层板(1),楼层板(1)的底面具有凹槽(11);制备布线件(3),于一长条板块上开设或成型出沿其长度方向布设的若干线槽(311),并于线槽(311)的槽口形成卡扣结构,制得底座(31);于另一长条板块上开设或成型出与线槽(311)槽口相卡扣的结构,制得盖板(32);制备或购买电线(2);将电线(2)装入线槽(311)内;将盖板(32)卡扣于线槽(311)的槽口上,使盖板(32)与底座(31)卡扣连接;将安装好电线(2)的布线件(3)安装于凹槽(11)内,即制作出楼层板系统。该方法克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、楼层板的弊端,实现了线路与主体结构分离,减少了对结构主体的破坏,增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
