The invention relates to the technical field of charging piles, in particular to a new energy automobile charging pile with a wire winding function. A charging pile can flexibly move to extend the charging range and comprises an extending winding mechanism, a lifting platform mechanism, a movable charging mechanism, a rain shielding and electricity storing mechanism, a waterproof ground groove mechanism and a rotating anti-collision mechanism, and the automobile charging pile can be pulled out of a lifting bearing plate through a moving handle; the automobile charging pile moves on the groundthrough the multiple movable universal wheels and can bypass obstacles between the automobile charging pile and an automobile to reach the position beside the automobile to charge the automobile, theautomobile charging distance and range of the automobile charging pile are increased, meanwhile, a cable can be automatically wound when the automobile charging pile is taken back through the automatic winder. Thus, cable winding is avoided.
