The invention discloses a manhole cover opening and closing device for a municipal drainage system. The device comprises a support, four locking wheels are fixedly installed at the lower end of the support, a hydraulic cylinder and two guide rods are arranged at the upper end of the support, and two sliding grooves are formed in the lower end of a top plate. The top plate and a bottom plate whichare horizontally distributed from top to bottom are arranged on the support, a ball screw driven by a motor to rotate is arranged in the bottom plate in a penetrating manner, side frames elastically supported by springs are arranged in the bottom plate, and a gear on the ball screw and racks connected with the gear in an engaged manner are used for driving the side frames to horizontally move; a nut is movably installed on the ball screw, limiting bolts installed through pin shafts are arranged in containing cavities in the lower ends of the side frames, traction rods are connected between thenut and the limiting bolts, and a manhole cover can be limited in a buckled manner through the limiting bolts which synchronously incline and deflect; and the hydraulic cylinder is used for driving the manhole cover buckled on the side frames to stably move up and down, and therefore convenient and efficient opening and closing are achieved.
本发明公开了一种市政排水系统用窨井盖启闭装置，包括下端固定安装有四个锁止轮的支架，支架上端分别设置有液压缸与两根导向杆，顶板下端开设有两道滑槽。本发明利用支架分别设置自上而下水平分布的顶板与底板，在底板中贯穿设置由电机驱动旋转的滚珠丝杠，通过在底板中设置由弹簧弹性支撑的侧架，利用滚珠丝杠上的齿轮与啮合连接的齿条带动侧架进行水平移动；通过在滚珠丝杠上活动安装螺母，并在侧架下端的收纳腔中设置销轴安装的限位栓，通过在螺母与限位栓之间连接牵引杆，利用同步倾斜偏转的限位栓可对窨井盖实现卡扣限定；利用液压缸带动卡扣于侧架上的窨井盖进行平稳的上下移动，从而实现便捷高效的启闭。
