The invention discloses an assembly type shell fixing plate, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of preparation of functional materials. The shell fixing plate is arectangular cement plate formed by prefabricating a foaming cement base plate, wherein a plurality of fixing grooves matched with the outer contour of a shell are evenly distributed in the rectangularcement plate, and metal screw rods are embedded in the bottoms of the fixing grooves. According to the invention, more tricarboxyl, sulfydryl and polyoxyethylene group side chains are introduced intofunctional groups of a carboxylic acid water reducing agent, and due to the fact that carboxyl surfaces of the carboxylic acid water reducing agent and the hydroxymethyl cellulose contain a large number of long polar groups, the polar groups are interwoven to form a three-dimensional network structure; and an electrostatic repulsion effect is provided for dispersing cement particles, so that therelatively high dispersing performance of the foamed cement is ensured, the chemical bonding force between organic molecules and a cement matrix is remarkably enhanced, and the mechanical strength ofthe foamed cement in unit weight is improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式贝壳固定板、其制备方法和应用,属于功能材料制备领域。所述贝壳固定板采用发泡水泥基板预制成型的矩形水泥板,在所述矩形水泥板上均匀分布有多个与贝壳的外部轮廓相适应固定凹槽,且在所述固定凹槽底部预埋金属螺杆。本发明通过在羧酸减水剂的功能基团中引入更多的三羧基、巯基和聚氧乙烯基团侧链;由于羧酸减水剂、羟甲基纤维素的羧基表面含有大量较长的极性基团,相互交织形成三维网状结构;同时为分散水泥颗粒提供了静电斥力作用,保证了发泡水泥较高的分散性能,提高使得有机分子之间与水泥基体之间的化学键合力得到显著增强;提高发泡水泥单位重量的力学强度。
